What size organizations do you work with?
Mostly nonprofits, associations, government agencies, and healthcare organizations — groups where a project needs to actually work, not just launch. Engagements have ranged from a single system-selection project to multi-month delivery work.
Do I work with an account manager, or with you directly?
Directly, start to finish. There is no account-manager layer and no handoff to a junior team partway through — the person who scopes the engagement is the person who delivers it.
What do the certifications actually cover?
PMP and DASM (Disciplined Agile Scrum Master) back project delivery; Security+ and SSCP back systems and security work; the Massachusetts Certified MBE status is a state-verified designation, not a self-description. Each credential is issued and verified by a different outside body.
Do you work with organizations outside Massachusetts?
Yes — based in West Springfield, MA, with clients engaged both in-person regionally and remotely nationwide, depending on the project.
